Characteristics:
1. This machine is basic model of high-speed flat-bed interlock machine, can be equipped different accessories to suit for different work.
2. New type needle bar oil-back system, no possibility of oil leakage.
3. Needle bar transmission structure, adopt all-sealed design, more safe and easier to keep clean.
4. Complete automatic supply system and oil-filter device, ensure the max sewing speed to be 6000r.p.m.
5. Some key parts are imported from Japan, which enhance the wear-resistance of the machine.
6. Automatic device including: back-hanging mini servo motor, pneumatic and electronic up/down automatic trimmer device and foot lifter device. Easy to operate, can improve the quality and efficiency of sewing work.
1.Delivery time:10-15 days if the goods are in stock,or 15-20 days if the goods are not in stock,need production,also according to the order quantity.
2.Payment terms:30% T/T in advance,the balance to be paid by B/L copy.If amount is less then USD10000,T/T 100% in advance is required.
3.OEM service:we accept OEM but need to meet below conditions:1.brand not being registered in china,2.provide your band registration certification,3.order amount is more then USD30000.
4.Warranty:1 year for mechanic parts and 1 to 3 years for electronic parts like motor,PCB board,depends on the electronic compoments suppliers.
